With 4 days to go, I am finding myself running in circles and re-checking my lists. After every trip to the store, I come home to discover that I have forgotten something. Lists don't even help me. Hopefully I will be making my final trip today (fingers crossed) so I can enjoy the next few days and reflect on what this time of year really means.
We are battling the winter colds again- Karlee was at the doctor on Wednesday and we are hoping Brandon will fight his on his own. We did manage to accomplish baking some Christmas Cookies and taking a drive through the Holiday Lights on the River at Saluda Shoals Park. That will probably be the extent of our festivities. The next phase is cleaning the house, laundry and wrapping gifts so we can be prepared for the big day.
Being that I will not return to work until Wednesday, this is probably the last chance I will have to blog... so I wish each and every one of you a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
